In this class, you'll learn the whole process, with complete instructions, demonstrations, and baking tips. We will talk in detail about ingredients and culturing conditions for producing a soft texture for soaked yeasted bread. And perhaps most importantly, I'll give you tips on how to make it all a bit easier and less time-consuming.
