My mother, Betty Coleman, will teach with me, show some demonstrations, and coach you through making your own sauerkraut or kimchi! We're planning to talk about fermented vegetables, yogurt, and kombucha. And we'll have plenty of fermented foods for you to sample. Mark your calendar!
